ABOUT THE ARTIST:  I’ve always loved photography. I received a fake camera as a small child, and I remember running around the house framing photos through the viewfinder.  I just bought a new Nikon this week, so the passion for this hobby continues. I love capturing a simple perfect moment, whether embodied by the beauty of a tree, a sweaty martini, or any object bathed in mellow light.

I started taking viola lessons a few years ago, and have gone stringed instrument crazy. So photography is now hobby #2.
